TwiinkleyWisy is a scammer

He was selling his account. and them scammed me the 450M OSRS

He uses a website for vouches and after he scams, he changes the website's name.

 

@Shanouro Nice near max total main, with all quest and diary

@twinklewisy edited his thread after the scam occurred. I need proof he owns the RSN in the pictures, but I have a feeling the message was deleted afterwards (given the thread edit).

I've issued a DNT in the meantime.

 

as you can see on the first picture. I logged in and an account traded me.

On this picture here you can see that I asked "how did you know it was me" and he replied same account, meaning that he traded me and he is the owner of the account that traded me

 

Thank you for including the additional information @Shanouro. The user you reported (@twinklewisy) is a serial ban evader / scammer. I created several reports on him recently (Ex- polirobot + poopisgood), and those accounts are his as he's trying to sell off the same one (which he probably doesn't even own), plus he shares a Geo-location / ISP match with those as well. He normally attempts to deceive users with non-existant off-site feedback as you mentioned, and unfortunately it worked in this scenario. I've banned him permanently as he's been given numerous chances of pardoning / refunding his debts, which is probably not going to happen in the near future.
