My official song post's

Ok so I recently found out that I have a little bit of talent at making songs and the past few days I have been non stop making lyrics for songs for my band. If you didn't know I am the lead guitarist for the band northern winter , a fairly well known band in michigan but we only played insturments no vocals. but now with our bassist moving away he had to search for a new bassist and we found a 2 in one combo 2 brothers one sings one is a great bass player anyways on to the songs.

Here I will post the songs (there name at the top) and just rate them on what you thing 1\10 1 being bad 10 being good etc. and add something to help me improve my skills.

Interesting lyrics.

You favor rhymes quite a bit, but even so, I've imagined them being played in my head, and with a decent singer it can be quite nice. Seems to fit slow rock.

You should post some audio or videos of these songs.

 

He hasn't recorded them yet I'm assuming.

 

No we have not recorded them yet our drummer gets back saturday and I'm assuming we will start sometime around then.

 

Guy's I'm looking for some constructive critisizm ( I know I spelt that wrong deal with it lol) Or give me some idea's and I'll write up some songs

You obviously failed to read the post I have had and I am the founder of my band for almost 8 years now but before we had no vocalist we were just me on guitar my friend that moved on bass and my best friend on drums. and we played melodeath but our new vocalist is unnable to do melodeath successfully so we are just a regular rock maybe alt metal sound that way we can show off our bass players skills aswell as my own and our drummers as we are all very good. while also having a singer.

 

Some quality stuff here. Liking the lack of cliche material.

cmon people, critisism bad or good it's all welcome anything you want me to make a song about? anything I should change? I need more to go on then oh well it's alright lol P.S. we have recorded a few songs just gotta figure out a way to put them up lol kinda hard for my shitty computer to do always wants to dc
