fist of guthix glitch

Ive stumbled upon a glitch in the fist of guthix wich allows you to run while the 3 second count down is going on.
It only works if you are hunted first, then you are the hunter second
I was just Wondering if this is common knowledge.

anywase more explained is your know when they have the 3 2 1 go!!! thing
