Well its really up to the person but I know people that take in, 1.5-2g of protein per day. And I didn't mean to take in 1g per pound of body weight JUST from protein shakes, i mean your total intake for the day. Just don't take in excessive amounts for longs periods of time because its bad for you kidneys.

The rule of thumb is on average 1G per pound of body weight for the whole day, and creatine is found naturally in foods high in protein such as chicken breast, etc. If you're going to take a supplement, whey protein/multivitamin tablet/omega3-6.

If you actually bench 225 and your 145 that's quite impressive, few people can do that. I'm almost sure swimming uses all your muscles so it just makes you look temporarily 'blown up', that's what you get anytime you workout anyways.

Abs are a very unique section of your body, many refer to them as the 'core'. Yes you can in fact work this 'core' out everyday, and you do in exercises you don't even realize. If you keep your legs together in all your exercises you will be working out your core.

Yeah thats about where you want to be. Don't be lazy, everyone has time to go 5 days, you just need to substitute it for some other activity.

Good guide, hope you made it yourself. I just do push-ups, sit-ups, and pull-ups, they help more to me because they are natural movements. Also, if you do drink non-natural protein shakes, such as Creatine which has a lot of protein, etc. BE SURE TO DRINK LOTS OF LIQUIDS. This is not the same as Steroids, you shouldn't even slack off and use Steroids. But also, Creatine, if used more than 2 weeks straight, (and this is a guarantee) it will fuck up your kidney's to a point past repairment and to a point of a transplant. Just watch yourselves.

the coach of our football team had us drink creatine before last season then we found out it can cause cancer so we stopped using it.

It doesn't cause cancer, and no coaches recommend it, unless you are in College? Only harm is the ones in your kidney's and that is the lack of liquids. No matter how much water you drink, using Creatine for more than 2 weeks straight can cause serious injuries.
