    ^ Yeah, he's giving free names, neither of you (the giver and the taker) are actually at risk of losing anything, these vouches aren't saying that hes trustworthy, which totally defeats the purpose of the vouch itself.
    So, people who buy off him in future will read his vouches, and not realize that he actually has not put anything at risk for them.
