My God, you're exactly the kind of person being discussed here. Why are you so anti-white? So dismissive of other races? Non-black people invented the concept of art, damn it, they invented the concept of a picture being a medium to carry a transcendental message about the world, about existence, or about our place in the order of the Universe. If we're going down the "blacks did this ergo blacks are better" route, you might mention the incredibly high black-on-white rape statistics, you might mention the deplorable state of black Africa, especially the huge decline after they were "liberated" from the colonial powers. Hell, you might mention that the non-black countries in the world actually have an economy.

Or, of course, you could quietly retract your statement and accept that all people are different, and the only thing race affects is maximum potential values for given aspects, not actual values.

 

In my opinion , all people are equal and no one betta than anyone . Not color or religion say who is betta . The only way to measure is ur characteristic . R u honesty or lier . Do u cheat ? . Do u kill ? . this wat measure ppl and not cuz someone is black and other is white . If there was a black man who is honest , he will be betta than white cheater one . and the opposite is right . I wish I had seen this thread earlier so I could've been more involved, but anyways.. Let me start off by stating that I'm a mulatto (bi-racial incase any of you didn't know..) so I have several views on this whole racial issue.

First of all, I don't think that there should be any Pro-Race Organizations being as they are never a positive for the community. Be it Pro-Whites and have everyone saying "Kill the black man for he breathes our air!" or Pro-Blacks saying "The white man is the devil" both are having a negative effect on their racial groups and all of mankind as a whole.

To touch on the whole blacks shouldn't get this blacks shouldn't get that thing.. Blacks have their one month of rememberance because of the strides that have been taken by them, does it really hurt that much to give them one month while the other 11 months are all about whites? In your history classes all you learn about it quote unquote "dead white guys" and when the month of February, which is the shortest month.., comes you maybe concentrate on the issues that blacks had endured for a week of classes.

Several people have also mentioned the black scholarships funds and talked about how they thought it was unfair because there aren't any for whites.. One thing is, it's not like the scholarships are given out to the dumb Afro- Americans that slide through school with C's and D's, it's given to the ones that actually care and try to do well in school. My dad grew up in the 1960's in the Bronx, NY. He had gone to a public school and had goten kicked out for fights and things so his parents decided to send him to a boarding school, this was when he got his act together and managed to do well enough to get into Dartmouth College (an Ivy League school). I believe that if Afro-Americans want to succeed and want to do something constructive with their lives, why not give them a little money to do so?

Also to the people using the "whites are the ones that also stopped slavery" as evidence or proof to help them... It was only stopped because the North was jealous of the South because they couldn't have as many slaves because they couldn't grow things as well as the people in the South and there was talk to make a tax on the Southern plantations so that it would be fair or equal. Lincoln most likely didn't believe that slavery was entirely wrong because he himself had some slaves as well as most powerful whites of that time.

Anyhow, you make a key point. When judging an individual you should judge them as just that. Still, this is off the topic of my definition of "racism." This being that we are entitled to judge a race by what they do as a race.

 

If you judge a race by what they do as a race then you'll most likely be judging them on the bad things. Only bad things because this is what will be shown on the news or what-have-you, you don't really see the good things happening in the world that much these days. It's also pretty hard to judge a race by what they do as a race since not everyone is together or thinking the same way as one another.

If we want to go with this logic then I suppose I could judge the whole white race as people that hate life, cut themselves, and then go on killing sprees ending with them killing themselves because they don't want to live with the consequences. Since this is what I see...

 

Prove this. Show me how many whites have gone on killing sprees and I'll show you how many black, mexicans, italians, etc have murdered others. Show me how many whites hate life and I'll show you how many blacks are to stupid to understand it. There's a differance in a sterotype and a statistic.

By killing sprees I meant school shootings and whatnot and they usually hate life which is why they do it in the first place, suicide is also mainly in the white race.

Sure Blacks, Mexicans, and Italians all murder each other because they all feel the need to be in a gang and carry around guns for "protection" when if they weren't in a gang in the first place they wouldn't need it.

Show me some stories of blacks doing school shootings or other mass killings and I'll give you that one..

And its not like there aren't any murderers out there that aren't white either so don't act like they're all superior

You make it seem as if the white race is a holy race and have never done anything wrong. Gangs were never intentionally made to be violent. Most gangs were created in defence of the government and anyone doing anything wrong. Later on in the years they began to get violent. For instance The Black Panthers.

Oh, I'm sorry. I should have metioned the statistics behind my reasoning. Blacks have the lowest IQ on average via race in the US. That being 85. The average white being 103. That's just US, move to worldwide and African blacks border on subhuman levels with an average of 70 (70 being the cutoff more a MR individual).
