edit: we agreed on the trading going he first sends me a picture of his paypal balance, he then sends money, files a claim and cancels, then sends me an email from the paypal address he ended up sending me the money, refusing to do everything else, blocking me and then next day un-blocking me and reporting the payment as un-authorized.
