you sign up
you do one offer ( which is by a seperate company ) the company pays trainn as we call it for giving them a new customer ... ( some offers are free anyways -_- lmfao ) and then
you refer people and trainn rewards you for giving them new customers so pretty much it's trainn getting rich and you getting your free reward sound good

 

Ive signed up (not under the ref links) and I made an account that does offers, so I go to the offers... in about more than half the offers you have to order or buy something, this is not worth it.
