    Why sell A RWT if you not allowed to use it?
    Say if someone bought a RWT, they should be able to use it.

    Secondly why ban someone who is using the RWT guide they bought?

    He bought a RWT guide, and started selling it w/o even paying for the first one ;) (if you're talking about the same guy) If not, probably same thing, started selling the guide and making money off of it himself.
