I know there isn't a exact answer but has anyone bought a cape using VPN?
How safe is it? If I get caught is it a perm ban?

Unfortunately no one does Infernal capes with TV because of my connection.

If the user has a VPN close to your location, the likelihood of a ban is lower than usual. However, there is still a chance that you'll get banned, no one can guarantee that. They are still checking for Infernal Cape buyers.

Currently there is no Australian Infernal Capers, Wouldn't they still have lag if they used a Australian VPN and they was from America?

 

I have used an Australian VPN myself for firecape customers and have had no issues with lagg. I'm from Europe though, so I can't say if this is the same for users from the USA.

 

I've done capes for my friends and for my self multiple times using VPN's, as long as you are cautious I don't see any bans being handed out.
