Need help with msn blocking problem

This guy added me to help me out with how to get cash on paypal cause im an idiot and it was to buy robotz mta bot and he told me to download wireshark and run it when i use the mta bot. He told me to hack the bot which i know i cant and dont wanna do. He said his friend would help me out. So i was getting creeped out and when i try to block him, it doesnt work. I deleted him but he still talks to me because i cant block him

 

Try to add him again, and once you do once you try to delete him select both checkboxe's of delete contact, and block him. Do it.

 

Or just freeze his msn.. that way problems solved for everyone.

yea i thought it was a tad bit cruel but he was trying to make me hack the mta bot that robotz made =/ lol and im a try that other way
