    Explanation of the trade: An account was purchased from Milotic by Spicy and I. Milotic has made assurances that the specific account was safe and did not need password change at the time of Spicy's inquiry. Two weeks or so later, the account was recovered and gold was taken from the account. Blame was put on the worker that Milotic used to train this account. We only wanted password change to be done by Milotic since we do not have proof that the gold was ever on the account, but Milotic kept going MIA for weeks at a time, until he fully stopped responding despite trying to contact him on discord,twitter,and sythe while he was active on all those platforms at the time of our attempt. We request that he finally changes the password or refunds the price of account purchase.

    How they scammed: Refuses to come into any sort of communication regarding changing the password on the account.

    Indeed we have the account, just all the gold is gone. It shouldn't be a problem for you to perform a simple password change, unless it was not the worker who took gold?

    Furthermore, the report you linked is regarding filling out 24 recovery forms to change accounts, while you only need to go to the email and give us a link to change pw?

    May I ask why you have posted the report, and not Spicy? I dealt with him and him alone in this trade. Do you think it might have something to do with him being DNT?

    May I ask why you are trying to deflect from the core of the report to the individual who posted? Do you think it might have something to do with you not having an argument against changing the password?

    I see no reason to. You have access to the account. It's a matter of principle, similarly to Pure.

    Seems logical to keep staking on a compromised account so that the gold is taken again, and so we keep going into this loop over and over, right?

    Do you have proof of it being compromised? When the account was purchased, I asked Spicy if he wanted the password changed. He said no.

    @Milotic Why was Gold and Spicy ignored for so long? Why did you not simply state this to them the first time they asked for a password change?

    I did. I performed one change for them before on a different case out of kindness. There was no report made. I told them what to do to prevent a 'hack' a second time (don't keep gold on an account you're not the original owner of). According to their claims, they did not listen.

    Unless they have proof it was hacked, I see no reason nor rule to perform a password change.

    With that reasoning, all buyers of every account sale on sythe- stakers, pvmers, skillers should move off any valuables off their account every day since they are not the original owner. Furthermore, according to "don't keep gold on an account you're not the original owner of" you are suggesting that you yourself are not a trusted member of the community since you are the original owner of the account, yet in a way suggesting for us to be careful of the original owner. Interesting.

    I'm discussing with Video now whether you should be required to reset their password but also a TWC will be placed unless you can show some kind of proof that you actually replied to them within those time frames instead of flat out ignoring them.

    @Chloe if you look at the above picture, its taken out of context of the whole conversation, he replied a week after the first password reset was changed, said that it expires after 24 hours. Following that another password reset request was sent after which he started completely ignoring us.

    I'd like to post this just to clear up what I've found out has happened, there's not really any reason to, but I feel it adds to the report. Neither of us were aware of this until now.

    When I sold the account, it had no registered email. I was under the impression that like all other of my accounts, I had an email on it. An email has since been attached to the account, possibly by the person that trained it. Spicy had already purchased the account at this point, and I had no reason to ever log into it to check that there was an email email registered, nor would I have been able to tell that it was Spicy's or belonged to anybody else should I have logged in. I do not have any contact with the person that trained the accounts and only let them train for me as they know @Matt123 IRL, and I thought they were trustworthy.

    I've asked Matt to contact the trainer to try resolve this, but if not (which I expect is the case) I will refund Spicy what he paid. I have offered to repay him now and he can repay me later if the account password is changed, but he declined.

    I did not realise this was the case until I went to change the password for Spicy just now, and I'd like to apologise for the inconvenience.

    I'd like to add that in the event somebody thinks that it was I who took the gold, why would I not just change the password for Spicy? I truly don't have access to whatever email is attached to the account, and am attempting to fix the situation.
