    Question for Atheists

Did I say I was backing the Big Bang theory? However, if you're interested in the evidence for it, you might want to visit http://www.talkorigins.org/faqs/astronomy/bigbang.html

    Question for Atheists

Sounds like you've been watching a little too much Kent Hovind.

Find the ones about Kent Hovind there, they will cure you. Or,

the Why Do People Laugh at Creationists? series deals with almost every Creationist argument I've ever seen.

You also are misusing the word theory. In everyday language, a theory is something that could be true but has not been proven to be so. Creationists are the worst at using this definition in science to mean something that has not yet become a fact, which isn't the case. In science, there is no metaphorical ladder which a hypothesis has to climb up in order to move from a guess, to a theory, and then to fact. A hypothesis can be a theory and a fact at the same time. Consider gravity. You use the theory of gravity subconsciously every day. Do you have any doubt that gravity is a fact just because it is called a theory? I don't think so. In science, a theory is a "mathematical or logical explanation, or a testable model of the manner of interaction of a set of natural phenomena, capable of predicting future occurrences or observations of the same kind, and capable of being tested through experiment or otherwise verified through empirical observation."

    Question for Atheists

I was referring to the picture below the US army signature.

The answers to your questions are listed numerically.

    1) Nobody knows with 100% certainty, seeing as this question has plagued philosophers and average thinkers for thousands of years. If you're familiar with Occam's Razor, you'd know that the most logical assumption should always be treated as the correct one, untill proven otherwise, and the most logical assumption, (based on the evidence from scientists and lack of evidence from Theists) is that there is no purpose with our lifes. We're born, we breed, we live, we die - this is the cyclus of life which we have observed since we seperated us selves from animals, by adapting the ability to think rationally.

    2) According to Theory of Evolution, yes. The Theory of Evolution has thousands of beautiful, indisputable fossils to back itself up; what does Creationism have? A self-contradicting book of folklore which strifes against basic logic and science.

    3) Science does not = religion. I'm going to produce the reason in basic math, so that anyone with a common sense should be capable of comprehending it:

Scientists: Evolution is true, and Creationism is false, because Y + Z = X.
Theists: Creationism is true, and Evolution is false, because our religion says so.

Do you see the slacking? Theists lacks evidence to support their ridiculous claims, scientists don't. (Except when it comes to Big Bang Theory, which I also dismiss as fiction, untill science comes up with credible evidence.)

    Question for Atheists

What you're telling me is that religion must have evidence to be true. Religion needs no evidence, it is based of faith. The big bang is a stupid theory that cannot and will not be proven, so does it make it as real as religion? Shred, if you don't back the big bang theory how do you believe the Universe began.

    Question for Atheists

Existence exists, and has always existed. If existence, at one point, did not exist, then it would never have come into existence, since this would violate the law of conservation of matter.

Since you apparently don't understand the evidence supporting the Big Bang, I suggest that you read this: http://www.talkorigins.org/faqs/astronomy/bigbang.html
