EOS. Top performing crypto-asset?

Nah not really. I remember seeing ICO ads for EOS on coin marketcap a while back and the logo, branding, and message seemed to me to be like a ETH knockoff, but never really researched it that much after.

Seems like a a wave came and lots of people rode it (like ripple not too long ago).

Despite not knowing much about EOS, I can tell you that it is starting to remind me of coins like NEO and ETH. They sounds AWESOME in theory, but there just really hasn’t been that much impact as they claimed. NEO barley has smart contracts, ETH’s biggest success at bringing a decentralized application was a copy cat video game about kitties (that made gas prices sky rocket and almost couldn’t handle it), and seem like EOS is just like NEO and ETH but with even less truly needed / reasonable projects going on.

Like when ETH and NEO and EOS came out, we all expected governments and the private sector to hope on board and start creating decentralized EVERYTHING, but then I remembered that the Government sector and even the business sector isn’t really adopting this technology like people thought they would, and the amount of actual useful smrt contracts (that aren’t for a kitty video game) are very very low compared to what they need to be to prove its long term thesis.

For this reason, I think NEO, ETH, and EOS are long term holds.

Just my opinion. Could change.

 

Has seen nice gains but imo, is due for a correction in the next few days. Could be wrong tho. Nobody knows *shrug*
