He pointed out the google search results which shows multiple reports on you ranging from the one I placed all the way down to other scam reports on you. He was not pointing out one report. He was pointing out the entire list of google searches.

 

Claiming someone is a scammer for no reason is slander.

Such as your report, was slander. We all know i'm not a scammer, or an ex scammer. He is just being a dick probably because he got IP'ed himself.

My dispute was not because of a scam. It was due to what I perceived as suspicious behaviour.

If I have a belief about something I'm allowed to share/report it. That doesn't automatically mean it's slander.

Go ahead. The title of the report clearly says "ATTEMPTED SCAM". The word "Attempted" in itself shows that it was/is not a generic scam report.

Like I said, the report was attempted scamming/sketchy behaviour. No refund was requested thus meaning the report is not slander because thats how I personally felt/my belief.

exactly and there was no attempted scam, hence slander. You had a contract with Kyle, the contract wasn’t anything to do with me so I wasn’t part of it so yes that is slander.

You can quite clearly tell my comment about theminis was a joke, we all knew why he was banned as it was mentioned before the thread went up. Not to mention there would also be a scam report? How funny that you say this though, considering your role and trying to frame people (which you did me) which is slander. There was no “sketchy” stuff from me as your agreements got sourced elsewhere.
