Explanation of the trade: ETH for RSGP for 3b haven't been

How they scammed: 20 hours and I haven't been fully paid I would like to be issued a refund.

NOTE: I'm making this Report as it's now been 20 hours and I haven't been fully paid 1.5b/3b and I am not entitled to a refund?? I don't believe Frogstar has scammed me as this was a 'miscommunication' but the way he has handled this hasn't been to my satisfactory level at all and I believe he has acted very bias towards the situation

What actually happened:
I first approached Frogstar wanting to buy 2-3b as I saw he has sustained a good reputation on sythe so I offered to go first increments of 2 trades as it was a big trade the second payment was sent immediately after the first payment as an accident, It didn't really matter as i initially told him I'd be buying 2-3b. His response after was - "I didn't check, I closed wallet after 1st 1" I'm taking the benefit of the doubt that he wasn't trying to take advantage of me even though the 2nd payment was received exactly 30 seconds after the first payment more proof on the etherscan (any mod can PM me for my etherscan link). The user went out after I messaged him 14mins later to tell him I got cleaned and then I also asked where my other 1.5b for him to then tell me he has gone out? I politely asked him to send the ETH back and as you can see the response from him was "No I don't do refunds, it's not my fault u went afk for 30mins" so I would have been forced to wait 16 hours + to receive my GP and now its been 20 hours on top of that the gp was very urgent as It was for a friend and it's virtually useless to me now. I've never had problems buying on sythe before and I've sold to some of the biggest sellers - @Dieze @Luck @Mentarley @Chicks @Tutu

Hopefully this can be sorted ASAP as stated before the GP was ordered urgently for a friend who already has the gp now.

Hopefully this can be resolved Imagine having to wait over 20+ hours after you've sent the payment I'll avoid buying gp from a user like this in the future thanks for the heads up @Champ

 

user went afk after 30mins of sending a payment I did not know he even sent, since I saw first payment, closed my wallet.
I get a message 30mins -1h later, saying he sent me money, by this time I was out of my home somewhere else where I couldn't attend a PC within 16h, I went to sleep after the 16h because I haven't slept in over 30h+ .

Next time u don't go afk after u send 2 payments, Nor did u tell me u sent a 2nd payment till 30mins later after I had left my pc.

 

I was not aware, he had sent 2nd payment, since he sent it minutes after the first payment, which I had closed my wallet by that time. Nor did he mention it or say anything on skype for the NEXT 30mins after 1.5b delivery. Had he responded and not gone off to stake other people mid receiving gold there would have been no issue.
