Need Photoshop help.

Hey guys, I've been wondering how you can get the color effects that people got in these sigs here: [ Btw im using Adobe Photoshop 7]


For the first one, how you could get the colors around the player on the bottom, right and left side.

For the second one, how I could get the bright colors on the left side of the player.

 

Anyone ?

 

There are many way, you just have to mess around with photo filter, contrast, and layer options.

 

Could you possible name a few o_0. Im fairly new to PS =/

 

Without a computer right now I couldn't tell you exactly what to do, but just do some trail and error.

 

Lol, already tried that =/ someone told me its a specific tool that does the work. Argh lol.

 

WRONG?
No all you do is use brushes... Click Here And to upload brushes, all you do is right click while in the brush tool, and click on the small arrow in the top right corner, then click Load Brushes.
Edit: You do use the Filter tool a lot to do more and more work with a render/Sprite such as my current sig. There are many cool things you can do in filter, just go to a lot of tutorials.. I started out in my sigs of finding a cool pattern and using PAINT to put my name on it to my current sig (ALL ME ) Tutorials are VERY helpful.

 

Wrong? I'm definatly right. After using the brush you just mess around with the layer options etc. I've done it many times to know what I'm talking about. You pretty much said what I said, just added brush to it.
