probably use something like teamviewer, whereas you pretty much let someone control your computer. dont worry tho, you could see everything that the controller is doing to your pc.

 

The thing is, the seller is local to me so it’s just as feasible to meet irl.

 

are you willing to let the seller go to your house though? If you want to be extremely sure, I'd definitely get it done on the same IP. which could be easily achieved through teamviewer(if you're not willing on letting the seller go to your house).

That seems the safest thing to do.. even going to a close by place to meet is a “different IP” and might raise some alarms..
should I just try and get him inside my house? ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) haha
