Okay, so let me just break down all lies Maldesto just told and which are still believed by the staff handling this dispute.



So here is our first lie. Maldesto says the amount I should be paid out is already lowered to $57 because of chargebacks and refund requests. Let’s take a look at the ban reason on my ban appeal account:



Here he clearly says it’s already $50, so there were no chargebacks or refund requests which lowered the payout amount. Basically lying about saying it had (lots of) charge backs/ refund requests.

Second one. Maldesto says I would be taken off payhold after 3 months, he can’t keep the money any longer because of the ToS. Looking at the ToS of OSBot, there’s nothing about that.



The only reason he would say this is because it makes it less fishy him keeping the money.

He’s CLEARLY saying in this ban reason, he’s gonna pay me out after 2 weeks, nothing happened, and now out of nowhere he has to keep it for 3 months because it’s stated in the ToS? All straight lies. He’s trying to get away with his attempt to just keep the money by making up lies.



I would prefer another staff member looking at this dispute/case since I don't feel that Champ cares about all lies Maldesto puts out and still decides to believe him.

3.3 is overruled by your ban statement.
"Once 2 weeks is over whatever the remaining balance is will be"

Also, since I got banned, I can't fix my script anymore. It's unreasonable that chargebacks would be my responsibility when I got banned for such an unfair reason.

Yes, because Alek gave me no other option. I was not allowed to use the OSBot webwalker and there's no other webwalker solution which would work. If I wasn't banned, my script would be removed from the SDN and I could still keep the script updated like it should be. You didn't give me that option so I had nothing to choose so you can't count me responsible for them. It's your ban making me unable to update the script, not me being unable to fix the script which is nonsense.

If we do the quick calculation, I have 33 script sales, you guys had 1 charge back which brings it to 32.
32 * 12.99 * 0.7 (My cut) gives $290.98. So far I only received $205.96.
$290.98 - $205.96 = $85.02.

 

As you know, Vip = 10% discount from script price so 11.69 for vip x .7
Sponsor = 15% discount from scripts which makes your script 11.04
As you know your script is very popular with vip + sponsor. Just doing vip alone is 56$

 

Can't seem to find it in the ToS, so what do you mean?

 

Message from Alek our developer who made the TOS at OSBot for the scripters.

 

I can't even remember I've ever agreed on a special service agreement outside of the Terms of Service. I also wonder why that's not published anywhere. It doesn't really matter what's in there, since the ban reason still overwrites the service agreement and ToS.

 

Agreeing to 3.4 in the TOS and more info provided to @Champ on discord with sensitive information.

 

So here I ONLY agree on the ToS, then again I don't know why this should stop me from being paid out $85.02.

 

This situation is under review. This thread has been locked to avoid spam / handing out infractions.

 

Having looked at all evidence presented and the claims from both parties, what is owed is $57.80 from @Maldesto /osbot to @The Undefeated. Maldesto stated that The Undefeated was to be on payhold for 2 weeks beginning March 23rd, so given that it has been 5 weeks since that date, he will need to be paid promptly.

I will need both parties to confirm with me when this is resolved
