Service Master

So Service Master who is already banned, was ment to be doing some leveling for me, I paid him 50m for the service, and was ment to start today, as he was banned he was unable to get the info to log into my account and i msged him to ask what was going on. After discovering he was banned i asked for a refund and he told me he would not refund me and instead was going to use my money to get unbanned by putting it in the community pot.

Im just looking for the best course of action, to take, also looking for advice on how you think i should proceed.

 

Hi there, just thought I would let you know that he cannot use it to give back to the community.

Any and all scam reports are collected, if the users are banned for scamming and such or are not able to be contacted only THEN would it go to the community upon a staff member stating so. He is pocketing it for himself as he is banned.

 

Thank you, he was asking for my account password and offered to complete the service i thought until it was resolved asking for a refund was completely fair and using it for the use of getting unbanned was completely unethical.

 

This has been added to his ban reason.
