[STAFF POWER ABUSE] This is embarrassing, multiple staff abusing this rule for there own benefit.

Exactly. I posted a comment warning people to be cautious. I mean I would understand if it was removed had I posted something along the lines of "DON'T TRADE THIS USER AT ALL, USER IS A SCAMMER" but instead I simply warned people that he had an open report on him in the past and when trading the user in question to be careful with a link to the report.

The argument I was given is that it's "basic knowledge".

So if a new user joins tomorrow, buys the account from the user for 2b 07 puts 7b 07 on it and then it gets recovered 2 months later, the new user would MOST LIKELY only get the 2B 07 refund because he trusts the OO enough to not recover and thus wouldn't have any screenshots of any wealth on the account.



Here he says people should know about it but how are new users going to learn who to trust and who to not trust if they are not given a direction. I was making people aware of a particular situation and it was swept under the rug.

 

You are welcome to post any negative reviews/scam reports etc. if you were involved or have a direct experience with the user that you can speak to. I understand you are looking out for user safety but you can't make a post on someone's thread about a situation if it doesn't involve you.

Also I think this thread has turned into a second dumping ground for any staff complaints lol... let's keep this one on-topic and leave reviews on individual feedback threads

Alright, thanks for the clarification.

Just another quick question, does this ONLY solely apply to users who are not unbanned but have had previous scam reports on them or does this also apply to banned members who have had multiple reports on them for scamming.

This will be my final question on the matter.

 

Then why did my negative review on how Chloe banned me for a month for plagiarism for having all the quests listed on my thread when a lot of people have quests listed with prices get removed.. When I actually never plagiarized? Same thing goes for posts its just who you are.. I respect all staff and everything but a couple of days I got a infraction for putting a comment "pmed" on a person seeking questing services.. Without getting a warning I always see other people posting it in other threads and I'm actually wonderingn if they get the same infraction.. We will see this post probably gonna get removed anyway I just wanted a reply from a admin thanks.

 

This sounds like an entirely different matter. If you have an issue with a staff decision you can take it up with a higher staff or you can make a dispute and get an answer from someone else.

On-topic, Chloe hasn't been violating any of the rules regarding market topic ownership/working for someone else and there actually have been several replies from sythe on this topic. I believe at the very least we need to post the clear rules on this somewhere, probably the official rules. For now, take as a guideline that users are allowed to have PERSONAL market threads even if they work for a business provided that they do not use these threads to benefit the business they work for in any way and they cannot bump these threads while on shift for their employer.
