[STAFF POWER ABUSE] This is embarrassing, multiple staff abusing this rule for there own benefit.

You're completely right but I'd consider this a pretty big deal because the moderators are breaking rules, lol.

 

If you use the PlayerAuctions of someone major; I feel like it should be classified as if you're working for this Gold Store (not operating on their own website, but operating on PA). The proof submitted feels like it's sufficient to say that they all work together under the same cloak.

I don't think what's happening is a major problem personally. I don't think the situation is a real abuse of the power neither, that's a little too strong to say. But if the rules are made in such a way that they disallow the practice of making multiple threads, then I feel that the rules should be there for everyone, not just for those who are in the power to get away with it.

Hence the rules as stipulated right now should be enforced corretly; or the rule about workers should be further adjusted in a way that not only the staff can enforce something that the rest of the plebs can not do.

This just keeps going on and on I wonder what the solution will be? Although I don't really see any good resolution @A Broken Man how can one regulate this especially since its directly being done by upper staff?

@Chloe did nothing wrong in any of those pics. She only bumped her gold buying thread on one of those days in the morning, which I doubt is around when this took place. She was obviously working for Chicks during those times...


The only viable solution is that gold sellers (people who make gold buying/selling threads in that section) should be allowed and required to hide their gold selling threads while they are on the clock for someone else.

There is no other viable solution, and there is no excuse that can be given by @Chloe @veng or @Vlad that people should be able to find and contact them through their sythe gold-selling threads (even if not actively bumped and on the 2nd+ page) ... in order to buy gold from Chicks (another shop).

You retards need to stop arguing and going in circles, if the staff wishes to implement and fix this then they will. If they don't then they will continue to look the other way in order to benefit their employers and themselves. Have a nice day.

This was almost 3 weeks ago when I was helping Chicks out for extra $.

I can't be bothered to reply to this thread anymore because it's going around in circles. Find me a rule where it says workers can't ever have threads. I sell my own gold, I have my own BTC, and sometimes I pay other people to send Paypal/Interac for me, again find me rules where it says that.

No one seems to blink an eye when I was bumping my thread when I was with Divica, but as soon as I start bumping while I was working for Chicks everyone goes mad.

Until a rule says I can't bump my thread while working for a company, or an Admin steps in, I'm going to keep bumping my thread. ^_^

 

To be fair if you're calling out staff you should really ask for more clarity on the rule:

I would like someone like @video to look into this and explain how my post was spam. Global mods like @Wortel are removing my posts/threads without adequate reason to do so. I don't hate any globals but there is literally no reason for them to be removing adequate and legitimate feedback.

They are silencing people from giving any kind of negative feedback revolving the site. The feedback section is clearly here to post any good and negative comments.

If I'm doing more harm then good by reporting scams and illegitimate actions then so be it. Fine, if you want people to be able to get away with scamquitting then whatever. I'll leave people to do that but until I get a response from an admin I don't think removing my posts is the best idea.

Last time I checked, you don't have either ranks... @Wortel is rightfully removing them.

 

I'm pretty sure he was just posting on that thread. Meaning that the thread was created by someone who has ex mod rank and OMM rank.

They both show as posts to my understanding, I mean by all means if he is spamming then of course his stuff will be removed, if the is actually going to mention it he should give more than just the image of it being removed.

 

I didn't screenshot it but a brief run down of what I wrote on the thread was to be careful/cautious when trading the user in question.

If you have previously had a report on you showing you have account recovered, it is only right for people to know that. Regardless of if you refunded them or not. In this case my post was removed without question. It was not a spam comment, more to show that the user had recovered in the past and that he could do so again in the future and just recover again and only have to refund the value of the account.

Being an Ex-Mod/OMM should not grant the user any special privileges however it is so here.

I agree with you somewhat, it makes no difference what their rank was/is as it just gives a false sense of security.

So for those who don't understand what we're on about, say I had 50,000 vouches does that mean i'm better than someone else? Not really. I get what you mean there completely, and I do also view it the same "once a scammer always a scammer" this is why I haven't got into the account market as of yet either.
