I was hacked on my account stclairsurfer, I've posted all the details previously and been asked for my phone number

I have been banned, talked to "Video" on discord, he says it looks like I've been hacked.
I've recovered my account, I don't know how the person even got into my account seeing I have 2FA

The last time I used my sythe account was when I changed 2FA to my new phone. Around 2 weeks ago.
Before that, I think I made a trade on 03/03/18

You actually don't have 2fa. You must have never added it to your device.

As you are now not posting from home (please do not use mobile at all for this process), I will still need more verifying information unless you CAN post from a home IP connected to your account.

Provide any sort of proof your name matches your email or anything matching the birthday on your account.
