    @blackforge Can you provide me with proof that he indeed recovered this account? Also if you could provide me with proof of any contact you've made with him after the alleged recovery if possible.

    I've issued a precautionary DNT for now. @zeeraf Anything to add here?

    Not sure how to prove that HE recovered it. But the email on the account has been changed and it looks very similar to his paypal email: https://i.imgur.com/6DibYCM.png, this is what the email was supposed to be under... Imgur this was taken by the middle man we used I no longer have access to the account to prove it has been changed.

    And yes I contacted him: https://i.imgur.com/30J2pYl.png he did not deny it or try to make it right. The recovery information he gave me was incorrect and led to denial of recovery by jagex.

    I have requested a charge-back through PayPal. But I want to make sure this guy doesn't scam other people. I can add the username of the runescape account so that it is added to the do not buy list. Please let me know if this is the appropriate thread for that information.
