First off, you only waited 2 mins, come on, that's your fault for being impatient, you should of waited at least 5-10 mins. Especially the second time.

Second, why are you saying they scammed you when you haven't even followed what they said to do. If what you sent them of the bill is what you posted, no wounder why they don't believe you that can easily be faked. Why don't you actually send them a scanned copy of your FULL BILL, not a section of print screen of a bill. I doubt they would scam you, they are worth millions

 

Ahh yes, a full bill migth have been better. Send them your phone company number ask them to talk. And you should have known them better and waited because all big companys are sneaky ;o

 

Dude wtf? telling me to stay on in 5-10mins?? It says hold on and it takes 1-5 sec before i get answer (usualy) But this time i waitied 2mins from that (120seconds) do NOT tell me to stay longer on cause it costs alot to hold the line waiting.. I cant wait forever... and many ppl have posted "happend to me" and "happend to my friend" it seems like its an normal problem for everyone..

beg your parents to sue. they'll understand hopefully you would get so much money if you won. and i know JaGeX wouldnt want to go to court so they would probably have a talk with you before you do anything. So when they talk you ask for a pin and Pking back and everything and then everything is good .

rofl same thing happened with me.. I said "pfft f'it whateva" paid for it via mail.. and the next thing you know I'm no longer disabled and they gave me more membership for the time they've wasted in mines and their lives.

I had to wait around 10 mins on hold for mine and was getting so pissed off. Eventually i got it

you supposed to get phone bill in the mail, if u dont have a scanner go to the library and use theirs then save to a usb drive or even email it to jagex at library computer

Thats pretty shitty that they didn't accept the other copy. Their customer support sucks.

On the runescape homepage for about one day they're was an article saying they were having pin problems. That's why lots of people were saving up there pins to sell that day. Also, they SHOULD give back the cash or a pin. If they do not, then I'm afraid this will have to put into a more serious matter.

Indeed, I know what you mean.. its an error not a scam.. .wootever... But when do all inn my powers to tell them about the error and proof it.. They deni me.. Causing me to try again (making em earn mor $$) to maintain my membership.. And thats how i feel scammed in this "story"
