    The Death Penalty

Screw life in prison and screw death. I say they should start torchering prisoner. Start peeling their skin and throw lemon juice on them. Cut some fingers off with a dull knife. Torchering would make me stop committing crime.

Its not the actuall killing that is expensive, its the court cases and all the bullshit before hand.

I doesnt really bother me either, i just dont like the idea of government having the power to kill people.

I think there should be concentration camp type facilities for the murderers.

Why should we give them food, shelter and more or less fair treatment, do they deserve it?

That is a flaw of the prison system that needs to be remedied.

So, if I put out your eye, my eye will be surgically removed?

I wouldn't trust an emotionally disturbed woman to choose an appropriate punishment.

Good thing that unstable people like you are kept out of the legal system these days.

    The Death Penalty

This is actaully one of the controversial issues with capital punishment. Is it fair for minorities and poor? No not really, because in most cases the lawyers that are appointed give little to no representation.

What if they are truly innocent, and don't have much evidence against them? I suppose they should just be shot with bullets, yeah that's fair.

I still think torchering would do the thing. Being in jail or being executed on puts fear for a small time period. There is more fear when your thinking if you're going to get your eyes pulled out, teeth yanked out, or nails plucked off. That is why countries with cruel punishments have more order such as Korea. Fear is needed to control people.

That was the style of thinking in the Middle Ages. You could be hanged for stealing a loaf of bread. Too bad it didn't work out.

Thats the same as the death penalty. I say forget that. Tourcher them, but don't kill them. Let them feel pain and suffer. Would you like your fingers cut of with a dull knife one by one and still live and haveno finger?

They also had various forms of torture (thumbscrews, knives, heated iron, etc.). Again: It did not work.

Shouldn't kill them, solitary confinement for the rest of their lives I think is better.

It's mistake that makes us human however, should the serial killer continues the killing,i guess there's no help it,there goes the death sentence. Why do we keep a single black dot in a white sheet if it causes all the trouble? So just terminate the black dot by cleaning it off the white sheet.Problem solved.

About the torture thing...it's unhuman. Your suggesting to be like the killer, torture people and have the satisfaction.
