I have verified the guides and here is my intake on them. These guides all work if you have all the required things/items and a lot of patience. My review of each guide in no particular order.

Guide A: Works but is very slow to transfer large amounts at one time.
Guide B: Would work the best but requires members
Guide C: Requires members and the buyer to have done a particular quest
Guide D: Works but requires the seller to have a certain skill level, patience, and A lot of GP on both accounts.
Bonus: Some may know about this already but it helps.
