i believe i was scammed...

Dragon Dyce Owner K0 pretty much the situation involved me sellin 4b all at once .. but wasn't my intentions i was going to sell in 500m increments due to my max but in the messages with the person we were talking about the amount we just hadn't got to the part were i was going to say that i was going to only sell in 500m increments i also wanted the person to go first because it was my first big gold sell and i didnt want him to run off with my money. it was just a beginner kind of thing... now with me posting this also k0 is probably going to fire me right when he sees this im also going to post all of the screens of what was said. that why the mods can see what was said from k0 and him deranking me to a gold star when i was a dragon rank. i want my money back due to a derank because im untruth worthy when i never scammed. i would never scam anybody that's injustice and inhuman I'm posting this because i had talk to several people in dragon dyce as well that unagree with what k0 aka twist has done to me... all of the screen shots will provide proof him saying he will not refund me because it would be un convenient for him and im hoping justice is served

after all this i just want all my money back because who knows if he will just fuck me if this sythe declares he put me as dragon rank i dont not trust enough to keep hosting for k0 ..

my highest rank that im suppose to trust when im sleeping or offline, who has a max of 500m he is trusted with , tries to sell 4bill to a trusted sythe user, he demand the guy goes first to him in a 4bill 07 sale he wants to sell, he wants him to send him the money first, thats like 5 times more then he's trusted with, i lowered his rank down to gold star rank for a few days until i cooled off, and his response was to report me, and during all this he lied to me 3 times about what happened, and i had to find out the truth from the other party not my rank. I did nothing wrong lol.

 

8 years of running dragondyce has taught me when someone does what he did they end up scamming and i have to protect myself and my members/customers from getting scammed, he is at fault not I

 

Just as I write in the sythe post k0 has fires me and deranked me immediately after it was done I have no access to the discord
K0 clearly stated I wouldn't get my dragon rank back.. and continues to lie

 

I also have proof that I said 500m increments as well. Yes i wanted him to go first due to my first time selling all of that I would like to say since im banned from discord he official is a scammer he has banned me without reason .. and taken my rank he took 1k to 2k worth of irl money from me at this point. This was all for my ranks up .

Also my rank was removed after i posted this ? But I was reranked last night if I was not trusted why was I reranked at gold star ????? Doesn't make sense

 

These rules were not just made, you can see the date they was posted.

 

Hattez has a different max because if he messes up a 5bill bet he pays it out of his pocket immediately, other ranks cannot afford to do this, thats why his max is higher, and as far as that rule that you claim i just added, thats false.

 

after this happened and you lied to me about it. I lowered your rank, I have the right to fire any rank who does something i consider stupid which causes me to lose trust in them, that is exactly what you did. Nothing more to say mate.

Rules shown above state ranked remove if untrusted. You did shady shit with 4b. Accept the consequences and move on. You said you lost 1-2k out of your pocket which is another lie because you upgraded with your winnings of being a rank maybe took 200$ out of your pocket plus you’ve prolly made way more. You got demoted to gold star and continued to do stupid shit now your deranked. All this because you didn’t analyze ko’s Desicion of the derank and you only thought about your pocket. Would you stay with a rank who can’t analyze a situation? because I wouldnt, that would lead to future problems and I can’t be baby sitting you all day, waste of time and money and to stressful.

I was online during the majority of this event. The user TwistededFatez had gone up loads in the arena. I pleaded with him multiple times to leave and stop chukcing huge amounts of gp. He has a new baby and cant afford to give odds or 50/50 especially considering he pays to be a rank in ddyce. After he tried selling the gold multiple times without any success, I took over. I took the gold and immediately sold it for him. Had full payments sent to his BTC address which he fully confirms. I took great risk and didnt "MM" it. I sold it myself and risked my own account. I did it to help him and make sure he didnt just re-chuck his 4-5b winnings. After I successfully sold the gold K0 came down on TF. Apparently he had tried to get @Dieze to go first for 4b. 4b is 4x TF's max. This alone is grounds for rank removal and dismissal. Not to mention Dieze is a great addition to our discord. He helps buy/sell gold for our ranks and customers. Dieze immediately told ko about the situation and felt it was a possible scam quit. IMO I didnt believe it was a scam quit just an ignorant host attempting to sell a large amount of wealth. TF was deranked to gold because he lied about the 500m incriment conversation with k0. IMO he had full authority to derank him and kick him fully if he wanted. k0 took into account he was new to selling gold and just dropped him down a few ranks. Upon hearing the news I told TF to chill out and wait a few days. I was sure he'd get his rank back but this was punishment for lying. Instead of chilling out and just accepting the set back he creates a scam report in an attempt to slander the dragon dyce name. This was extremely stupid on his part. K0 already had full grounds to fire you completely. He doesnt need anymore reasons than you lying and attempting to sell 4x your max to a trusted, respected and well known user. As for why I'm allowed to take over the max set for dragon rank. It's because k0 and me have an understanding. I could easily have admin rank if I wished. I dont wish to receive constant messages and run day to day operations. We settled on the rank right below admin. My position is of little concern to you. I have been here for years. I helped k0 rebuild the clan. I help facilitate large bets and make sure everyones paid out. There's a reason why I have this priviledge. I cant believe you took it this far.
