Looking to get RS3 skills trained, all skills. Especially looking for poly trainers as of 10/19/18!

Not looking for service markups/resellers, looking to deal directly with skillers.

Wont be paying upfront, please read the below terms:
-I will place a large order upfront(Up to $2,000 USD, I may order upwards of 15-20 accounts at once)
-You will be given a certain amount of level 3's(If I order 15 accounts u'll be provided 15 level 3's)
-You will be responsible for supplies(INCLUDING BONDS), include them within your quote for each account.
-You must provide me timeframes for each account, if those timeframes aren't met I expect a discount so quote accurately.
-I will not pay if an account is not fully completed(I.E- U do 90/90/90 and the order was 92/92/92), I have no use for half-done accounts and believe me, If I calculated my times value spent looking for a service to finish it vs what ur owed, ud end up owing ME money.
-I will not deal with untrusted users, u MUST have at least 3-5 employees to meet my demand.
-You must be flexible and able to provide all variety's of accounts
-You will be paid upon completition of the order.
-I can pay Paypal,skrill, cryptocurrency(BTC,ETH,BCH,LTC), Runescape gold & US bank wire, for larger orders I may be able to do Western Union.
-All ban liability lays on you, if the account is banned any time before its sold you owe me a refund/All payment owed to you is no longer valid/owed if the account is banned.
-By taking a job from me u automatically consent to these terms

Keep in mind that I may not go with the cheapest service if a larger service charges 10% more but gets me the accounts in 1/2 the time - I will be considering many factors but I can almost gauruntee whatever service I choose between $1000-$3000 in business a month.
