    Looking for someone to get me 80-99 Con plus build me a maxed house.

    I imagine you won't feel safe going with my offer, but will open the door anyway.

    Mahogany tables (~80k planks needed) is ~700k xp/hr, but will cost nearly 200m in supplies.
    Can do this for 11 gp/xp

    Other option is oak dungeon doors ~ 400k xp/hr (600xp per door, 10 planks per door) which requires ~ 185k oak planks or 82m in supplies roughly.
    Can do this for 16 gp/xp

    Total costs:
    Mahogany Tables (Half the time): ~312m
    Oak Dungeon Doors: ~248m


    Have no problem doing some sort of collateral, etc.
