    How do i make membership when jagex wont let me use pbp or cc?
    need to make mem not original owner of acc and when i went to make said i wasnt aloud to with pbp or cc :S

    dunno previos owner must ripped jagex off lol just cant make it buy fone or cred card is there any other fast ways?

    Does the account have negative credit on it right now? Because thats the normal reason they wont let you pay by CC. They'll force you to use PayByCash. It takes about a week, if PayByCash doesn't let you use them, then you're screwed.
