Why can only certain sub-forum's threads be bumped with a button?

Why can only certain sub-forum's threads be bumped with a button?

    Why can only certain sub-forum's threads be bumped with a button?
    For example, threads within the Account Sales forums can be bumped, but threads within "Middleman Forums" cannot. Wasn't sure if there is a specific reason, but if there is not I will make it a suggestion thread.

    Why can only certain sub-forum's threads be bumped with a button?
    It only appears in forums where bump restrictions are enforced.
