Pretty shitty, just noticed I had a PM from him requesting RSGP as the form of payment too. I don't see why someone would want that to be the only form of payment when they have the power to recover the account if they get scammed anyway.

Only way I would've dealt with OP is if he offered Paypal and since he didn't, I'd give this a miss, wouldn't ever buy any account without using Paypal actually unless we're talking an extremely reputable member who has a high chance of returning to the community and refunding people to be unbanned if they decide to exit scam. Hope you can get your money back sooner or later.
