Scammed by JaGeX ltd.

It all started that ive finally saved up enough cash to add to my phone to get my member ship. After 4 days as non member!


Anyways i call, the normal shit happends i got told to hold on but that "Welcome to surf pin your pin is" never starts after 2 mins i hang up.. I try again... 2 mins and nothing again. The 3rd try i get told its not enough cash left on my cellphone and I have lost 100nok, (for all you american and others, 6,4nok is 1USD)

I send a query to jagex that i didnt get PIN but lost my money. They say i never called. I send another and get told to send a e-mail to verify the charge. And i did with picture of the bill.

So i litteraly prove to them that i did call..
Now im waiting to get answer but here you got an overview:


1.I call,lose cash no pin.
2. I send a query, get reply that tells me I didnt call.
3. I try again with a reply, They tell me to send an e-mail to jagex to verify the charge.
4. I did with FULL proof that i called and lost cash.
5. Waiting for answer.. They better give me a BIG TIME Appolgy...

Since i got scammed by JaGeX ltd and did all i could to get the pins back, im 13 cant do anything else i guess... I officialy taking a break in RS. Closing down my goals and achievements so far.. I might return in 3-4months. Untill that i will play on project-pkz tha best server eva

Remember its a risk to use paybyphone... its worked many times for me before.. But didnt work this time.. so screw jagex.. I mean RS is currently in a very bad state.. No pk, No rwt or even borowing friends stuff.. The PK sucks... idk.. its not longer the same game

 

Are you truly saying that you got scammed.. Or you just sent this because you were bored?

 

Eh.. if you did send real proof, then you'll probably become a member.

Heh happened to me before and then they gave me membership one week later.

Yes, it was 4days left of my vacation. I had 4 days to powercut willows (almost 92wc) and i lose member and this shit happends.. I LOSE ALL THE DAYS! my bank was full so i couldent wc in nonmemb.
