Explanation of the trade: 230M 07 GP. Money sent via PayPal as requested. All well until money was sent. All the sudden "PayPal locked him out" and was told to chase PayPal for a refund as he cannot issue it due to being locked out. Frankly, in the whole 9 years here. This must be the most pathetic excuse I have ever came across.

How they scammed: PayPal money sent. Seller refusing to acknowledge payment. I have sent him proof and payment confirmation and seller still not interested.

As seen in the pictures below. He claims hes locked out of PayPal and is not able to refund. Yet he says its pending for 21 days. So clearly he has acknowledgement of the payment

i clearly said that once I'm able to login to my payment I'll refund you.
Also, you opened a dispute that you will win 100% since I'm unable to login to the paypal account and respond.
I even told you if I'm able to get on the account before I'll refund it myself instead of waiting until May 5 for the dispute

 

Why are you issuing me a refund? I bought goods, I want my goods fs! You made this whole scene simply because PayPal said you’re a new seller therefore have to wait 21 days.

Why are you still accepting PayPal on your updated GP sale post? When apparently your PayPal is out of the question? Someone deal with this clown please!

Clearly you have no idea on how to operate sales. Because you didn’t like the idea of payments pending for 21 days as you’re a new seller you spat the dummy leaving me with $161 out of pocket for few weeks. You blatantly admitted that in the chat above.

That’s called business. You wait, not your customer. You build your sales rep and won’t have to wait 21 days in the future you moron. I’m more annoyed to the fact you started ignoring me and making up excuses which absolutely boiled my blood!

Also, remove PayPal method from your f’n post!

For starters, you sent the payment as goods/service with an address attatched, thats indicating to paypal that the payment was a real life sale in any outcome i'd of had to refund the payment because if you charged back i'd not have any postage details to be able to provide paypal

If you had sent it with no address attached (then paypal knows it's virtual goods) they don't have the 21 day cool down period you knew it was a virtual goods sale so you shouldn't of marked an address on it making it a lot more easier for you to charge back which is the only reason I'm not paying the gold

The whole 21 day thing was your fault and the whole issue of me not being able to login to refund it is my fault.

All we can do now is leave it for mods

 

It was sent as goods/digital goods which is what it was. If you had requested otherwise you would have gotten it the way suits you. But you didn’t nor did you state anywhere. I’ve bought plenty GP over my 9 years the same way.

You knew it was digital so you shouldn't of put an address to it otherwise we wouldn't of been in this mess.

 

Makes 0 difference. Once I confirm receipt of goods the funds release to you. Take sometime to go and read through PayPal guidelines. If you had asked for Friends/family or stated anywhere I would have sent as such. But you didn’t. I sent payment through safe, regular way. All you had to do is deliver the goods and I confirm and funds will have been with you.
