    i wont give u a whole guide but...

    go to runescape.com (with the needed mony on ur paypal)
    click on "start a new subscription"
    than login and choose ur payment method, and folo the on-scree directions

    ya go to runescape then to new subscription, then go to susbscribe without cradit card, choose paypal, and then u have to put some details, then u have to pay (for this you need VERIFYED paypal)

    Yea that sucks you have to get it verified so no point on wasting your times on surveys and such because you need to get paypal verified.
