buyer didn't accept are tos, He backed out of the trade with dispute and claimed it was unauthorized.

 

closed case he is getting his refund, should be the one labeled as non-market user for committing fraud transactions.
The buyer reported that someone made the order without their permission. Until this case is closed, we've also placed a hold on the transaction amount.

Yes, a claim was made AFTER you left call + blocked and banned me from your server. (This is evident from our conversation picture)

Where is your proof of me backing out of the trade/breaking TOS? The payment was sent with the required note you provided.. which was confirmed by you. There's no way you're wiggling your way out of this one buddy.

 

Could you please show screenshots of your claim? You blocked him but didn't refund his Paypal payment?

 

I can't refund him the claim is being reviewed by paypal, he will win it in his favor as he reported transaction as unauthorized and they put hold on payment. Could take up to a week for it to process.

What chat logs ? The claim escalated before I could even respond and now is in review. If you are talking about skype logs I blocked him and closed the dm.

 

You can still refund the money even though there is a claim.
Also you're able to unblock a person and view the messages, also seems your conversation was on Discord not on Skype?

@Revora is it possible to screenshot the time you opened up the dispute? It seems he blocked you at 4:07am (your time) so if you did the dispute any time after that, it would be enough proof.
