    Question for Atheists

If you dont have fear in the world, all the good in the world does not look so good.

I thought of that one day.

    Question for Atheists

    Let me say something ...

It isn't God that pisses me off, it's his biased, annoying, stupid, racist and extremist fanclub that does.

Yes, every Christian I've come across is biased towards me because I don't believe in their God.
Yes, They're annoying when they attempt to "convert" me. Miserable and pathetic is what I call them.
Yes, they're stupid. Notice how the more religious you are, the less time is left to do anything productive and smart.
Yes, they're racist. They bias their opinion on people from the middle-east because they believe in the teachings of Allah. Almost everyone does it.
Yes, a lot of them are extremists. No matter how big or little, if you don't believe in "god", they will go to any length to make your life a living hell.

Moreover, God is a theory as much as anything else, therefore there is no proof of existence or non-existence, I just choose to believe more feasible theories.

    Question for Atheists

Swan, I can definitely see where your coming from as I was an agnostic bordering on atheism for most of my life. All the same, I've come to realize that atheists are just as flawed as their Christian polarity brothers.

Some are, some aren't. Some are actually pretty cool... now lets talk about the atheists who are bias towards Christians because they do believe in a god. Two sides of the same coin.

Once again, atheists also try to convert Christians to their "religion" of atheism by trying to convince them there is no God. If you want proof just read this thread. Two sides of the same coin.

You both have two definitions of productive and smart, what may be considered productive by you could be considered unproductive by a Christian and vice versa. You need to respect other peoples viewpoints. Two sides of the same coin.

One again, atheists do the exact same shit. If you do believe in god some atheists will try to make your life a living hell. Lots of atheist humor is very crude and lots of atheist articles have very negative undertones which often assault the members of the opposite faith. Islam is yet another side of the coin, which technically has an infinite number of sides and applies to just about everything, it's all in different perspectives.

Believe in god, or don't... Everyones different, but don't practice your belief respectfully. Remember: two sides of the same coin. Two sides of the same coin. TWO SIDES OF THE SAME COIN. To insult them is to insult yourself.

Need a little more peace and love going on in this forum.

    Question for Atheists

Those atheists that you mention are attention-seeking mongrels that need to get a life.

To be smart and productive, I mean to actually get somewhere. You aren't going to make life easier by wasting time listening to bible verses, squandering all your money in church offerings that go to charities you probably couldn't care less about; You say 'oh those poor people', come a month later you can't even remember the name of the organization.

I laughed, literally, at the chaplains of my school. They had a multi-million dollar chapel built just a few months ago, and keep aside maybe the $20 of offerings they get each week for charities.

I'm not bashing the religion, its a theory, so I cannot disprove it-just like you can't prove it either. I'm bashing the people around me who seem to think they're all top of the world because they believe in something I don't. There is a _lot_ of them around me, due to there being no private schools that aren't run by Christians in the general vicinity.

Thus, when the subject is brought up, I get extremely pissed off.

    Question for Atheists

There is more than 1 person in the world that God needs to attend to. You need to process it through your mind. You are so self absorbed and not thinking about others.

    Question for Atheists

So God can't give him an erection because he is too busy giving other people erections? Why are other people's erections more important than his? Does God only give erections to Christians or something? I think not.

    Question for Atheists

No, thats not it at all. When they say God is all around you, they mean he is a SINGLE being around you. He can only help so many people at a time. He is a single being, not many. So if you truly have faith, you could wait.

    Question for Atheists

So what happened with his omnipotence and all? I thought God was supposed to be all powerful, but here he is obviously incapable of doing something as simple as turning a desperate teenageboy on.

    Question for Atheists

He is all power, that means he has all power. Does not mean he can help all the people at once. You should understand that all powerful does not mean he can help everyone at once.

    Question for Atheists

Omnipotence means that literally all things conceivable are doable, with no limitations whatsoever. To be unable to help all people at once means you are not omnipotent.

    Question for Atheists

Yes, all things conceivable are doable. But does that mean that helping EVERYONE on earth at the same time conceivable. Is giving a girl a magic unicorn conceivable. No. He has no limitations yes, but some of this is not conceivable to the mind, and wouldn't things be different for him? His use of the word conceivable is a lot different than ours. So tell me...what do YOU consider conceivable.

    Question for Atheists

Giving a girl a magic unicorn is a conceivable event. If it weren't, you would be unable to conceive of this.

I can also conceive of a spherical square. However, such a thing is impossible in reality.

    Question for Atheists

If only devout Christians can take a step outside reality and actually think about what they say and see how rediculous this sounds, this would be a better world.

I view Christianity as a big fan club, or an organization in which people wouldn't feel alone or left out. Ok thats great. But when they forget thier place in this country and try to put God into our schools, that is when it gets out of hand.

And the result is a willingness to accept absurdities and distortions of reality simply because of the fear of eternal punishment.

Like Easter Bunny for example, omnipotent means one thing: you can do anything with no limitations. It does not matter what you can conceive or not conceive, if God can't distort reality that means he is not omnipotent.

Why are you bringing the act of conceiving into this? It doesn't matter if we can conceive it or not, if God can't do it that means he is not omnipotent.

Yes but if God can't make a spherical square then that means he is not omnipotent. No matter if we can conceive it or not.
