WTB: Old TF2 account with Cheater's Lament & A Pre-Mercenary Badge

I'm in need of an old TF2 account with these items: Cheater's Lament paired with a Primeval Warrior, Grizzled Veteran, or Soldier of Fortune. No VAC Bans, Steam Rep Bans, etc.

Items like Vintage Lo-Fi Longwave, Humanitarians Hachimaki, Proof of Purchase and other similar "limited" items interest me too, but must include the primary items I'm seeking: Cheater's Lament & one of three pre-Mercenary badges.
