Paying someone/or accepting free sig

accepting/paying for someone to make me a good Sig

I don't care what it is I just want it to
1. Have my name in it (Chosendude1)
2. Have some cool colors(thinking black/white or blue/red)
3. Have something to do with either halo 3 or Sythe and RuneScape.

If you can make me one I will be willing to pay a decent amount if it is good.
