Bought gold from them 8 times since early 2017 everything has always been hassle-free and no issues whatsoever, all of a sudden they want ID, as of now I don't own a passport (not a valid one) it expired 2012 and haven't been in need of one so no reason to get one as it expires after 10 years.

At first provided my expired passport, - they denied it since it's expired.
Secondly provided my official country ID (which doesn't have a picture, information matches everything on my expired passport), - they refuse to take that.
Third time I provide them with my actual birth certificate (which should be the best proof possible above even a passport, also all information matches all previous shown items), - they refuse to accept that.
Fourth time I provide them with basically all my cards I own which all state my name, visa, mastercard, country ID all on top of my birth certificate all in one photo, - they refuse to accept that.

So what am I to do when I don't own a photo ID nor passport. Well basically kept chatting with them for 10-15 minutes straight trying to tell them how retarded they are, so in the end they decided that it would be cool if I pay through G2A, but they refuse to let me pay through paypal. So that's what I did and they delivered my order.

Either way obviously not ordering here anymore when it has to be like this, if you don't own a ""valid"" passport or photo ID, - don't bother ordering here not worth the hassle. But in case you have photo ID or don't mind giving out your ID then I can surely recommend this site.
