Jagex make so much money off rs, I honestly believe Runescape won't end in 10years, imo it'll last longer. I can imagine it in 2015 with graphics hard out, membership more expensive, and hundreds of quests with heaps good items... I believe Runescape will be brought by a new company soon enough.

RuenScape will probably go shitty and Jagex would probably focusing on FunOrb or FunSHit whatever they call it...

In 10 years they might get a rid of runescape to make way for mechscape, or rs will have some massive graphics changes like rs2sms said.

 

They will just keep adding new things to attract new members,they will also

Well yeah, Jagex might just focus on MechScape, but who knows what might happen i still don't forget the cabbage runes.

Well I'm guessing mechscape will be more along the lines of space adventure, planets and galaxies.

Yeah, the game will be big. The fees' will cost more. And more players then ever.
Zezima will quit by then.

 

I dont think RS will be around in 10 years because look at this. There are several people with 99 in every skill.
If rs were to be around in 10 years around 1 in every 5 player would have lvl 99 in every skill almost everyone will have all the quests done, etc...

 

10 years? I think it will have a small fan base. The graphics for other games will be so awesome by that time, so Runescape wont have many advantages.

 

Ever heard of new people joining? Look in Lummy, there are hundreds every day

Hopefully the graphics will evolve with the game, so we see more new people continue to join as time goes on.

Yea well, I've seen JaGeX say alot of things that were going to happen..

Like when Construction came out They said look forward to Banks/Shops/ECT in your house.. what a year later and we still stuck with that..

So i really don't belive anything they say

 

I doubt runescape will be around for ten years.
All it takes for runescape to be blown out the water is better broswer based-java game or even a free ONE. When that happens Rs won't be running to strong.

Think about it the only way they could make better graphics, is if they make runescape able for download, but theres too much tough competition. PLus The Graphics runescape is practically the best the can get, it will not increase dramatically.

 

Tbh i dont think runescape will even exist.
