The Facebook congressional hearing is raising huge privacy concerns. Congresswomen Kathy Castor raised some crucial points in the hearing that are not going to go unheard.

Privacy is going to be a huge topic of interest throughout the hearing and if any regulation is to follow, blockchain tech is going to blow up because anything questioning the privacy or the impartiality of a significant MNC, is huge for crypto.

None of the top 5 coins are privacy coins though?.

Also, the Top 5 coins include BCH, EOS, and Ripple, which are all pointless in my eyes.

Monero is a good choice in terms of privacy coins.

Privacy coins like XMR, ZEC, BTCP, XZC are going to have a share in the marketcap. Choose the right ones.

 

The point isn't privacy coins as bitcoin is the currency of privacy. Most coins follow its movements closely as it has just under 45% dominance in the market. So, I don't believe that it's advantageous to invest in any coin that doesn't make up at least 5% of the market because it won't be moving autonomously (for the most part).
