Using Macro - First time caught

My question is, if you get the first time caught for using a macro, than you get 0.5 blackmarks or more?

 

If they have proof, then you will be banned. But if they're only suspicious then it will .5.

Using bots like Robotz;the MTA bot, they can't get any evidence that you macroed. But they will get suspicious, which is why some people get .5 without being banned.

 

I thought it was perm ban :S Not 100% sure.

Consider yourself lucky if you get 0.5, most of the time its a perm ban.
