I am in need of a F2P ragger/tanker. That means, an account with a low combat level and a high level of defence. The combat level should be around level 80-85 with 99 defence. It would be perfect to have:

- 99 Defence
- 1 Prayer
- 70 Range
- Low attack and strength level.
- 1 Magic

Is someone able to create such account for me?
