Anyone here is hosting a deep-web site?

I am looking for a mentor to help me out, as I want to start a forum within the deep web.

I am familiar with hosting a normal site but as far as I know within tor-browser it is different, therefor I need help from one who is hosting one.

I'm pretty sure within the TOR service you can host from your own PC with APACHE (XAMPP) installed. Just gotta configure it correctly and install the service you need (ie phpadmin, mysql etc) with VPN for extra security.
