what can i do about this

okay so what happend...
i canceld my membership because i dont feel like paying it, and the kept me active as member so i figure its there fault for not letting me cancel they must have a shitty system or somthing so im basicly banned ( disabled ) what else could i say to them besides, this is your fault.?.

You can use any method to get you're negative credits away.
That means 1 pbp Pin or Creditcard.

 

but im blocked from making credit card purchases and there saying i cant use pbp or sms

you are probably blocked to do any tellebiling payment so you must use pay by cash option, thats what i think
