Reason I'm reporting - Keeping me TWC when it's not justified
Proof -

Home ip v2
I mainly want to know why he's lieing about this not being a home ip. I done all the research I can and every site (even very reputable ones) Are saying it's a home ip and not cloud/proxy

I want to know where wortels getting these IP lookup tests from because looking at this TWC for home ip thread he seems to 95% of every new user joining and barely takes TWC away after there dispute.

I also want PMed to where he's detecting these IP's to be a proxy and also another mods opinion
