The first version of DeviousMUD wasn't even created until 1998, so that's definitely impossible that it would be the 15th year of RuneScape.

That logo is for the german serverss.

 

It is theoretical that it is the birthday of RS2. Runescape2 beta testing was Dec03-Feb04, it wasn't till March (this month) of 2004 that RS2 was officially released. It HAS been 4 years.

 

Potentially 10 years since the first prototype of rs was announced (deviousMUD)

Or just the 4th year of RS2 (it was in march, i was here )
