Ban evaders and DNT'ers within the Sythe community

Hey guys,

So for those of you who actively browse forums and the RAS section; when you find out that they got scammed while knowing they shouldn't if they're evading or possess a DNT, do you view it as "Sorry for your loss", or more-so "You got what was coming to you"?

I'm prompted to ask this because I've noticed for quite some time now, more than a handful of reports the victim happened to be evading.

 

So you're saying, an evader/DNT'ed person gets SCAMMED? As in, they didn't do the scamming themselves?

That's like, wrong, still, and they shouldn't have been scammed. If somebody willingly scams somebody that's an evader they're making themselves a part of the problem.

 

Anyone that gets scammed doesn't deserve it. It's fucked up that people can't be trusted even if there is some doubt towards the DNT person due to that restriction. They usually don't deserve to have some universal karma ready to rape their wallet. Ban evader shouldn't be on the site regardless, but just because they're an evader doesn't mean they should be scammed, it just makes all parties involved look bad.

I agree. As they say "eye for an eye leaves the whole world blind". I've seen people get antiscammed, specifically people who have scammed 100's of OSRS M's. I think those people in a sense have it coming to them

I can't agree with you more, and while some people may be partial to that concept, people don't deserve to be HUGE targets for being scammed for something that may have happened long ago.
